a statue carving block would be made with 4 stone slabs 3 on the bottom and 1 in the middle then you get as many of these as you need and place them next to each other you can put up to 3 blocks high of stone for each connected carving block and you need a chisel made with 4 copper on the sides, 2 sticks in the middle, and 1 iron at the bottom. after you've placed the platforms and stone you can start by pressing use on the platforms or stone blocks w/ the chisel and it will allow you to break off pixels with the attack/ break button holding it will allow them to select a larger chunk of the block to remove, pressing the use button will place in pixels, if you have dye you can tint up to 100 pixels w/ 1 dye piece and use a water bottle to remove dye on pixels, there would also be arrows on the blocks when you shift to show you witch way it would face. if you leave the area it will save it and you may go back and edit it or shift click it to open up a menu to save it to the platforms or pick it up if you save it you may place that many stone blocks on it again and then craft the previously made statue, make a copy to edit, or delete statues the have been made or saved by you, placing the statues would work like any other block as long as there is enough room for the statues they may be placed and would face towards you when placed.
This would add the most area for creativity the game has seen for a while allowing for players to make custom statues for their worlds and story's!
