Add penguins

Penguins would be a great idea for Minecraft. They could eat fish and live in the arctic biomes. You could make baby penguins, emperor penguins and normal penguins.

    To give them a use beyond just being another piece of oversized ambience (ambient mobs seem more fitting around the size of a bat to me), they could be turned into temporary helpers with bucketed fish (similar to how dolphins aren't tamed, but can lead you to shipwrecks in exchange for fish) to then assist when the player goes fishing, doing their own fishing dives near the fishing rod's bobber.

    I think there should be many penguin variants based on real penguin species.
