Add the Retired Adventurer aka Quest Giver into Dungeons

The Retired Adventurer or the Quest Giver was a planned merchant for the Creeping Winter DLC for Minecraft Dungeons but was never added. It still exists in the game files. The Retired Adventurer can be located in a new Cave structure somewhere in the camp similar to the Piglin Merchant in the Camp. The Retired Adventurer can actually give you special missions for a certain amount of Emeralds instead of just getting the daily trials. Where the Retired Adventurer can actually be found trapped in somewhere in the Stronghold Level. It's just another merchant to give unique gameplay within Minecraft Dungeons.
