The Soul Watcher

The Soul Watcher is a neutral mob that lives in the Deep Ocean biome nearby currents. If frightened, it'll try to drown the player with sea grass. It blends in with the sea (you can see what it looks like here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/748351145/).

Attacks: It will shoot kelp & sea grass out of the mouth as a warning and if harmed, it will grow sea grass on the ocean floor and drag the player down.

Backstory: The Soul Watchers were in great numbers, but they were hunted till they were few by the Drowned and now they don't trust anyone.

Drops: On the bottom of the Soul Watchers, they have a new material the Obscured Scales covered in Glow Squid Ink to make a light and you can give a Soul Watcher some Glow Squid Ink to get some Obscured Scales from it as a gift.
