I don't know how hard it will be to code this! But what about a really rare neutral mob! Doppelganger could appear and mimick the player's movements and deseaper after some time. It will stay passive, if you don't attack him, run away or bump into it! Shapeshifter could be a slime who take the form of the player and attack him...
