Add female skins with headscarfs for desired diversity

The new default skins were added for the purpose of adding diversity and making it so anyone from any race could identify themselves in their own way. However 1/7th of the population of women wear headscarfs. This is in their culture an act of modesty. Not including a female skin with a head scarf would make those women and girls feel less included in the game.
