/bossbar command

I realy think that there should be an easy way to use the /bossbar command to add a boss bar to a mob. Mabey somthing like /bossbar mob add tag: Also would be nice if you could increase/decrease the value of a bossbar with the command instead of only being able to set it to a specific number. It would probably look somthinf like /bossbar modify value (add/sub) I mean why did mojang add this command if its so hard to actuarly use in a use full way. Thanks for considering my idea Mojang Clashhass

    it should be added to bedrock/education.

    it would make map making easy.

    Im a professional map creator on minecraft bedrock and i was wanted to make a global xp bar but a wither makes noise and i figured i could just stop sound the wither but he keeps on shooting and making explosion sounds and an important command needs this sound in order to work so this would be very helpful
