Scrolls similar to book and quill

I believe a scroll that functions similar to the book and quill could be a good idea because Minecraft has recently been trying to culturally expand and this item could help with more diversity. Another point is that it could add another function to the chiseled bookshelf in that it could also be placed on them. However, there could be more unique features about them in that they could be placed on surfaces and clicked on to read them. I also believe that this would fit the new 1.20 update in that it could be used with the chiseled bookshelf and relatively fits the current theme of the update.
