Changing the top and bottom sides of bamboo planks

Make the top and bottom sides of bamboo planks look the same as bamboo fence. This block looks like a bundle of bamboo, but the upper and lower edges do not match the others.

At the same time, it is also possible to make this block rotatable, like logs.
