Camels should spawn in deserts

I know they want to make the desert villages "more exclusive", but I feel like Camels should spawn naturally, so you could make them spawn rarely, desert villages would still make sense because there they will always (or almost always) spawn.

    They should add the Oases promised in the biome vote, and have Camels spawn more frequently there.

    This would be good because camels are not so powerful that they need to spawn only in desert villages.
