The New Snapshot introduced a refreshed inventory. I think being able to customise the creative inventory will add many possibilities.
I think this should include a command which goes though a few presets.
Eg. /Inventory Default
The presets can include Renamed/NBT Items, technical blocks or modded blocks and remove 'clutter' Items/Blocks which the player won't use.
Syntax Eg.
File Name (Use for Command): Old_Defalt
Tab 9 {
Name "Classic Blocks";
Icon "Minecraft:Cobblestone";
List {
Minecraft: Cobblestone;
Minecraft: Stone
Air
Minecraft: Grass_Block;
Minecraft: Dirt;
Air
Minecraft: Oak_Planks;
Minecraft: Oak_Sapling;
}
}
Tab 2 {
}
This would have two Tabs, One at the Top (1) including some old Blocks and one at the bottom (9) with no icon (Air), default name (Tab 2) and no Blocks/Items
Tab 9 would be at the bottom as there would be a maximum number of tabs for the Top and bottom (makeing a max total of 16 tabs) this could be increased or lowered (eg. 8 or 10)
The reason the Default Name is Tab 2 despite being Tab 9 is because I only defined 2 tabs so 'Tab 2' would make more sense for the user.
Inventory examples
- Challenges (eg. limited blocks)
- Old Style (Striped back)
- Technical (Very Functional, may not have as many building blocks available, may remove unwaxed Copper )
- Building (spreads building blocks into more categories eg. Wood, Stone, theme, Colour)
Snapshot (possibly a default preset which has a tab which includes new additions, possibly a complementary Tab)
