Chiseled Bookshelves with Enchanted Books increase copy chance

If Enchantment books are stored inside Chiseled Bookshelves, increase the chance of receiving an identical book when built around an Enchanting table.
Alternative to grinding villager trades for max enchants.

  Why wouldn't you just use the book on your tools, instead of keeping it in the bookshelf?

  I like this idea, especially to help get some higher level spells set into the slot, and would be epic if treasure enchants could then be a possible add.
