1.20 title proposal: "The Diversity Update"

Based off of the fact that the features currently added are all variations of features that already exist, I believe the title of this update should be something like "The Diversity Update" or "The Variety Update".  It's all stuff we had (wood, signs, mounts, boats, bookshelves, character models, etc), just now there are more options of them.  Nothing is STRICTLY new, it's all just more.

That said, I'm thinking of features we could use more options of; some blocks or mobs we currently have that could use more variety.
