Yes! They should appear in thunderstorms and have the potential to carry loot, or a map in a bottle that would wash up on the beach and could lead to treasure!

I love this idea! Perhaps the magic forest could be a new dimension, as I don't think masive trees and flowers would fit in the overworld.
