You have to load the bow for a longer time but get the ability to shoot 3 separate times. It would be balanced so its not too overpowered

Make Wool Sound Proof
Sometimes Minecraft farms are loud and obnoxious with pistons and other contraptions, but this would be the perfect fix. If wool blocks cancel out vibrations why not make them cancel out sound too?
