New special capes for Minecraft accounts

I have an idea for a Minecraft cape that will be added to a Minecraft account based on which version it was created example: a Minecraft account created since 1.17 so the player will get a 1.17 cape then, 1.18 cape then, 1.19,1.20 and it keeps going but the player will not get the 1.16 cape and before
