I wish there was more ambience in Minecraft, let me explain. Ambience is basically what the environment is using the 5 senses. In Minecraft, ambience is minimal in the overworld, while maximum in the Nether. Say you're walking around in Minecraft. Suddenly, you hear a sound, it sounds like walking. Scared, you pull out your sword. Thinking it's a creeper, you turn around, only to realize it's just a pig. The overworld needs to become more innocent, not looking around paranoid a creeper might just jump you. For mesas and deserts, there could be the sound of tumbleweed or the wind. For rivers, the sound of river water flowing will do the trick. For jungles, the sound of parrots tweeting. For forests, the soft sound of leaves rustling. So on and so forth.
I also wish there was sound reverberating from your steps in the caves. This would be perfect to add for ambience to make sure you would always be on your toes in the mines.
These options will be togglable, because everyone would have different settings. Some like auto jump, others do not, everyone would want personalized settings.
My point is that we have to get Ambience in Minecraft. I always have to toggle videos while playing Minecraft so that I don't have any paranoia when something strange happens. So that I can be calm when the situation is calm and stressed when the situation is stressful. It's so that we can be more immersed in the game and not be stressed about our surroundings in Minecraft when we are immersed.
