Different attack speed for different tiers

Tools have different mining speeds, depending on the material, with Gold being the most efficient in mining 

However, the same is not true for attack speed: except for Hoes, all tools have the same attack speed, no matter the tier

Why only change the speed of Hoes? It would be better if this worker for all weapons and tools

Here I propose a possible speed buff

(The base speed of Hoes would become 3)

• Gold: +1.5 attack speed
• Wood: +0.5 attack speed
• Iron: +0 attack speed
• Stone: +0 attack speed
• Diamond: +0 attack speed
• Netherite: -0.5 attack speed

This change would make Golden tools and weapons more appealing to players who prefer the 1.8 combat style, with faster comboes and hits: for example, the Gold sword, would have a Speed of 4.5, allowing people to recreate a style similar to the 1.8 combat, but would still allow those who prefer more timed attacks an option

The drawback would be durability and damage, since the fastest tiers, Gold and Wood, aren't very durable
