Option for only Default/Vanilla clients to join server(No modified clients)

You recently added the option to prevent players from joining servers with insecure chat (Chat reporting) to keep players safe.

With the option being proposed here to keep out modified clients, we could not only ensure they aren't tampering with reports in the first place, but also have the added benefit of keeping out potential cheaters, hackers, and keep a level playing field as everyone is playing with the same default vanilla client ensured by that server option.

This would be a optional toggle in the server settings similar to turning on/off chat added recently.
