The Giant's Den, a completely new take on Giants, I promise.
This post does not include 12-block tall Zombies in any capacity.
Rather, Giants are much like the Illagers in appearance, but a little taller than an Iron Golem, and with a complexion more similar to that of a Witch.
They would live on mountaintops in large stone huts, encircling a bonfire. Pens of Goats could also be found on the outskirts of these camps.
They are not hostile to the Player, but will attack the Player with devastating blows when provoked. Should a Player be just out of reach, they will produce a full-sized block of Cobblestone in their hands to throw at the Player, with a brief cooldown thereafter.
Should the Player not attack a Giant, they can strike a bargain with them instead. In their isolation on the mountaintops, the Giants have grown tired of mutton and milk, and yearn for a proper feast.
Each Giant will offer a different reward for satisfying their cravings, but the catch is this: They want a three-course meal, and you'll never know what they want next.
It might start with a feast's worth of baked potatoes, only to find upon completion of the task that the Giant now wants more porkchops than you have, and finally, upon completion of the second task, a bakery's worth of pies for dessert.
Any stackable delight that isn't magic, made of gold, or mutton is on the dinner table. They will be demanding, but they will pay you handsomely. Sometimes in blocks of raw gold, other times in powerful armor, weapons, and tools. Perhaps even with a new Treasure Enchantment.
