The hail bearer is a wintry mob that spawns in the Tundra, Ice Spikes and Glacier biomes. It has white flowing hair with ice chunks in it. The hail bearer has light blue eyes, serious eyebrows, and a frosted toga. Hail bearer also has pale skin, a white beard, winged feet and an icicle dripping off its nose. The hail bearer is a neutral mob that only attacks when hit. When provoked by the player, the Hail Bearer uses its shield made of hailstones to bash at the player. It also peels a hailstone from the shield and throws it at the player, giving them frostbite. Your best bet would be using an axe. When idle, the Hail Bearer looks for any in-game mob (except passive and tamable mobs), and flies high from view and drops hailstones onto them. When killed, the hail bearer drops its shield, where you can perform the mob's attacks on your own enemies. The hail bearer was inspired by Kaikias, the Greek god of the northeast wind. I think this mob would add to the cold biomes of Minecraft, and more myth-inspired mobs would be interesting to see.
