Locally finding worlds on any device for Minecraft Bedrock Edition

You should add a feature only for bedrock edition where if you have Minecraft bedrock edition on a device and you have it open on another device. If the player is logged into the same account, they can go on their secondary platform to find the world that is on their primary platform.
