Put the .class files in the version.jar into a separate folder.

If someone accidentally extracts the version.jar to their desktop when they meant to extract it to a folder, their computer will crash and die for about 2 hours. (Like I did) So, if you put all the .class files in their own separate folder in the version.jar, it will be less frustrating and easier to manage in general. :)
