Add a "Now playing: ___" when music starts to subtitles (or other toggle)

When A song plays, subtitles could say "Now playing: ___, by ___" To let us know what song is playing. This could be a part of accessibility's subtitles or could be a completely different toggle under music & sounds. If not in subtitles, it could slide in unobtrusively from the side and fade away after a few seconds.
