Frogs can spawn in snow and desert biomes

So basically,i think it would be cool if they could spawn in deserts and snow biomes,which would be cool

as there are desert frogs irl as for snow idk but just a small feature that adds a bit more life to the desert and snowy biomes and minecraft as a whole
