Free laucher on every device, playability of older versions of Min. Bed.

Since the new launcher for both classic Minecraft games came out, there is still no possibility to play on older versions of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I suppose it is because of the 'Better Together' update. I think that there should be a free launcher on every single platform/device that enables to play on older versions of Minecraft Bedrock Edition of this specific platform/device. Like for Minecarft Android/Ios, the older versions of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Minecraft PE and for Minecraft on Windows, old versions of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. Only the versions of Minecraft Bedrock could be playable on todays servers such as Hive and Cubecraft. For other versions, like Minecraft PE, there should be custom servers.
