Sculk Catalysts should be able to grow with Bottles o' Enchanting!

Sculk Catalysts use Experience points dropped from dead mobs to grow, but if the player ever wants to grow Sculk on their own for their base or for decorations, they need to either make a mob grinder or slowly lure mobs over and kill them, which is very impractical.  Instead, give players the option to use Bottles o' Enchanting to artificially grow Sculk wherever they want to, making it much easier to build with it.
