new pillager weapon variants (rapid fire) and (dual wield)

this pillager will be armed with an automatic rapid crossbow or dual crossbows from mc dungeons.these guys are rare and dangerous. 1st the rapid crossbow is a fast machine bow capable of shooting at 4 tick speed meaning its balanced (i think). 2nd the dual crossbows take longer to load and fire 2 arrows (enchanted with multishot not a good idea)

The pillager itself is a regular pillager just a new weapon equipment
