The Pillager Camp could generate in any biome that villages generate in. It would be a small structure, made of three four different types of structures. The first would spawn 100% of the time, and only spawn once, being the "camp centre". It would include a campfire (lit or unlit), surrounded by oak logs and a ominous banner in the corner. Depending on where the camp generated, and the temperature of the biome, it would have a chance of being lit. However, this chance would increase the warmer the biome is. The second structure (one of three tents) would be the "pillager tent", very similar to the tents currently surrounding the pillager outpost, and it would contain no loot, being the most common to find. The second tent would be the "captain's tent", bigger than the pillager tent, and again spawning once 100% of the time. It would contain a single barrel, with village-plundering related items, such as iron, poppies, haybales, flint and steel, emeralds etc. The third and final tent would also be the biggest, the "supply tent". It would spawn 25% of the time, and contain two barrels, one filled with food related items, such as bread, potatoes, carrots etc. The second barrel would contain a small amount of tool and weapon based loot. The challenge to the structure would be that when the camp generated, it would spawn one pillager captain, and anywhere from 5 to 7 regular pillagers. The pillagers would not respawn, so it doesn't take away from the outpost.
