No lava in ore veins

Can lava not be able to generate in nether ore veins because it is quite annoying when you are mining quartz for XP and a lava vein destroys your progress.

Don't get me wrong you might not have had this happen to you but when it does it is really annoying, so that's why I'm suggesting this in your next update/bug fix you remove lava in ore veins.
