New recipe for Disc 5 (22w16a)

The current recipe of the disc is bland & doesn't make sense, the new recipe should be 8 disc fragments surrounding an echo shard, it'd resemble the blue part in the middle of it & make the recipe look more like a disc, it could also imply the disc was powered up by the echo shard
