Spyglass and Echo Shard combination.

Upon combining an Echo Shard and a Spyglass in a smithing table, the player could get a Spyglass that can sense vibrations through walls. This would be VERY useful.

Drawback: this spyglass will have limited durability and a cooldown.

Some mobs, such as the warden, will not be able to be "seen" through this Spyglass.
