Allay Changes: Linking a Noteblock to an Allay in a vanilla friendly way.

It would be cool if there would be different varieties of allays. What I mean by this, is that allays would always spawn with a random color. With this color, you could link the allay with a specific noteblock. Each color would correspond to a different pitch. You could also make it that each color corresponds to a different pitch range and that specific ranges overlap so that a green allay and a blue allay would go to the same noteblock. So an example of how it could look like is that green allays are attracted to noteblocks with a pitch of 1 - 3. And blue ones are attracted to pitches of 3 - 5. You could then have a noteblock that has a pitch of 3, to attract both green allays AND blue allays. Of Course if you then only want blue allays coming to a noteblock you could use the pitch of 4.
