New achievement ' mountain song'

The goat horn and copper horn offer us music and a call for help (in servers) but I planned another use for the goat horn and copper horn. The idea is simple, player have to play a goat horn or copper horn on a snowy mountain. It sounds simple but it's harder than it sounds, it's easier to find a snowy mountain but the goat horn is the tricky part. A goat horn is obtained by a goat ramming a specific block and in a pillager outpost which is equally hard, making this one of the hardest achievements in the game.
