sinkers (or coral skeletons)

Only spawning in the deepest of waters sinkers are skeletons with coral growing on them. These mobs upon first glance may seem like strange coral growths as they will be fused to nearby coral blocks. However if the player gets too close then they will burst out of their disguise and will attack the player by shooting coral arrows at them. These coral arrows will move through the water flawlessly however are nearly useless on land. These coral arrows will also deal 6.5 hearts of damage as well as give the player a new effect called sinking this effect will prevent the player from swimming upwards causing them to sink and eventually drown.
