Snow Thrower

Snow Thrower would be a new weapon which throws snowballs further than throwing them by hand and deal half a heart. It has a 0.45 seconds cool down between shots and it deals 3 knock back points. When shooting, it doesn't loose durability unless it throws SNOW BLOCKS which deal 1.5 damage, 6 knockback points. If the player has both snow blocks and snowballs in his inventory, it will prioritize snow blocks (mechanic changable in settings or interface of the Snow Thrower). But the player can choose specifically which one to shoot by having the snow item he wants to throw in his off-hand.
