Quick Swipe Enchant

I would like to see a Quick swipe enchant with the new combat, in essence, the enchant would allow players to use their sword twice as fast with the downside of not being stackable with Smite and Bane of Arthropods and/or/not Sharpness. This would lower the attack cooldown but would make the weapon overall weaker due to the conflicting enchants. Would be helpful for the early game.

    No just make it compatible with every enchantment. Also just make the enchantment have levels and each level reduces cooldown. Max level removes cooldown.
