Add A Marketplace and Skin Tab to Bedrock Launcher

On the Launcher, two new tabs could be created on the "Minecraft" section Aka Bedrock called Marketplace and Skin. The marketplace would show minecoin count and allow you to buy everything you are normally able to. As well as this you can go to the skin tab and select the skin pack, the textures like java, and skin edits.
