Enchantment: Flurry(on hoes)

This enchantment increases the attack speed for hoes. The max level(not sure what the max will be) allows the user to attack at 8CPS, effectively mimicking the pre-1.8 system. However, this high speed attack can only be used for manual clicking, giving 1.8 players an advantage over hold down left click noobs. Shields completely block spam clicking damage and knockback, forcing players to disable the opponent’s shield before the barrage.

Alternatively, this could be an enchant on swords incompatible with sharpness, smite, and BoA.
