A few years ago, we were shown the now infamous "Super Duper Graphics Pack", which gained a lot of hype and hope for console shaders. However, it was sadly cancelled due to technical issues, to the disappointment of many, which still lingers. Now, with the new Xbox Series X and S, as well as the PS5, we have upgraded technology, which allows 4k, 60fps gameplay. Ray tracing, enhanced graphics, higher fps, etc. Are the main advantages of the next gen consoles, but this hasn't been utilized. Windows 10 edition, with the proper hardware, has shaders, but there has not been a single peep from Mojang as to when, if ever, we will see it on consoles. The Minecraft community deserves at the very least, a statement. We've been patient this far, but it's wearing thin. The SDGP was highly anticipated, and it gave us hope, but that was cast aside.
