New Dimension Ideas (Deepsea, Eternal Frost, Perpetual Night)

A new dimension where almost everything's sumberged up to build height with pockets of air, and a deepsea boss lurks at 0,0 that may not have to be a kraken. Could be a giant turtle boss or jellyfish or what have you. 

On the other hand, there can be a dimension of absolute cold where wearing no leather will damage you, fires can't spread and die faster (besides maybe campfires), lava is not present and if lava is poured from a bucket, it turns into basalt. Could be a boss here that drops a mob head or weapon upon defeat.

Lastly, there could be a dimension where it's only ever night, meaning hostiles here always spawn, maybe nothing ever ages there (time stop?), and/or certain status effects work here. Light sources would probably not work well here (take night vision to this dimension). Maybe you can jump a little higher here and take less fall damage as if in lower gravity.

There would be new drops to obtain to create new potion effects and maybe even create new ranged weapon types, like wands and staffs. They can have their durability be the amount of charges before it 'fizzles' out or even break.
