Swamp Algae

The swamp in the livestream looked very cool but there is something missing. Algae would grow on the waters edge and maybe grow in layers like snow. It would have two purposes one is that it could be farmed as a furnace fuel source, plus would be a cover that if swam under the monsters above would not notice you giving more stealth to the swamp.

Side Note:

a unlikely use that probably wont be used is algae armour. If in water would shield you from the vision of only undead mobs.

    Yes, this is a great idea. It would definitely give to the swamp atmosphere.
