Migration Cape for people who made their MC Java account with Microsoft.

There are Minecraft gamers out there that made their Minecraft Java account with their Microsoft account. others had made their Minecraft Java account with Mojang and upgraded their account to Microsoft to get 2FA enabled and the Migration cape. I'm sure there are other people like me who made their account with Microsoft and still want the Migration Cape even though they didn't make their Minecraft Java account with Mojang.

    That beats the point of it being a "migration" cape, though. In addition, what other large inventive does Mojang/Microsoft have to convince children to migrate? The cape does just all that; also, if there wasn't a cape most younger audiences would pass by the option of migrating.
