The amethyst ring can be crafted from gold and amethyst, when crafted will cost you 7-12 experience levels, in return when held in the left hand it will give you an effect called " the sound of purple". This effect will make you hear the sound of amethyst, diamond ore in the distance. The effect lasts for 3 to 5 minutes, then disappears and reappears when you right-click on it (costs 1-3 experience levels). In addition, when wearing an amethyst ring, your body will also glow.
