Adding a system of combo fighting in Minecraft dungeons will greatly in my opinion improve the combat and makes it more interactive in Minecraft dungeons, the idea on paper is that when you engage in combat you can activate a series of moves that can improve movement or damage when using a weapon they are ether one or two to use which are ether on you character or on the weapons you use, for example if you are armed with a hammer you can attack normally or you can swipe left then right, spin and slam down however there is a cooldown after you used this to make it more balance and the cooldown recharge with more attacks on enemy, furthermore this can extend to almost all weapons and maybe even armour, also you can unlock more moves as you progress and can make you own combat moves for any weapons.
My idea is so that the player can experience two options of fighting one where they can deal moderate damage or they can deal a stack of combo moves but at the cost of losing those moves for a brief time, at the early game players might only have one or two and these moves are very useful for dealing with swarms however you can also customise you moves for faster movement and attacking as well dealing more damage, furthermore the are combo moves that can only be used on specific gear and weapons creating a more close attachment to one specific weapon.
With this, players can enjoy a range of greater variety and give a detail sense of progression.
