When a person enters the nether or the end, it feels cool, but not epic. Adding music that gives off the feeling of mystery or wonder would allow the experience of the nether and end to be epic. Moreover, epic music could be played when the ender dragon is or is about to be defeated. Something akin to the Stranger Things theme music might fit well with the vibes of the end.
