(Bedrock parity) /camerashake commands

Camera shake is a good way to reinforce the strength of an action that takes place in the world which makes it very useful in adventure maps or mini-games.

Even though this effect can be recreated with teleport commands, it is still quite rudimentary and problems can be encountered when trying to reproduce it on a server.

This command would be a very good tool for map makers.
