I want to give a new seed to minecraft and I want it called "The Snowy Jackpot" if that's a good name. I will post the seed and coordinates.

Without 64 bit seeds, a common experience could be a java player talking about their survival world to a bedrock player.  Then the bedrock player likes the sound of that world and asks for the seed.  But when they get the seed they get a completely different world because only 32 bit seeds have parity (as of 1.18.0.24).  The point of seed parity has failed in that situation.

To be clear I'm not suggesting everything be identical, however, while all the biomes are changing and the rng is changing, it would make sense to allow 64 bit seeds (or 128, the rng supports it) on bedrock for those parts that use the new rng.  Structures and decoration and can use the existing rng and the lower 32 bits of the seed if need be.
