Here are some other things I'm willing to consider:

    • Bows, additional arrows from Multishot crossbows, and tridents should suffer a 25% chance to "misfire" when the user has low Vigor, in which the bow's flight path will become more Inaccurate, encouraging players to fill up Vigor when using bows, requiring more strategy than that of the crossbow, while being more rewarding.

    • Enchantments will only work If the player has from medium to max Vigor (4.5-10 shanks), meaning protection 4 may not be too useful If you're constantly taking damage from zombies with wooden swords.

    • when a player is on low Health OR hunger (3-0 hearts/shanks), their Vigor will be locked at 0-2.5 shanks, leaving them useless, Incentivizing the player to keep both up.

    • damage from fire (unless if from sources such as Ghasts and blazes), Lightning, falling, void, cacti, dripstone, or drowning will not influence Vigor.

    • at 1.5-0 shanks, players will be unable to sprint, making it more impactful if they choose to not take their health or those yellow outlines seriously.

Interesting, but weird, since if someone spams, he will get vigor teally fast. It doesn't really seem as a good idea, in this form. Maybe chnaging a little the mechanics. Also, the enchants shouldn't depend on something, but be always active

Good idea, but could use some improvements. I would love to see what this turns into!

Yeah, I do believe this idea of mine could use some work, so i'd like to here your thoughts and ideas down below.

Maybe Vigor could be that after a certain number of successive hits and/or dodges the player will gain either a speed, jump, or strength boost and vice versa.
