This new hostile Mob as it says in the title spawns exclusively in the deep dark. It is a four legged black spider like creature covered in sculk with a singular huge eye. The lore behind this mob is that whilst the warden lost its eyesight and adapted better hearing, this new mob has adapted in the deep dark by perfecting its eyesight to see in the littlest amount of light. A new cool and scary mechanic these mobs will have is that they will slowly approach the player, climbing across walls, floors and ceilings, attempting to stay out of the player's sight, quickly scurrying away if they can be seen. Whenever the mob is seen scary violin music will fade in and when the mob is out of the players sight the music will fade out. They will also break nearby light sources such as torches around the player before jumping in to attack, and if the player happens to have their back turned on the first attacked they will be greeted by a jumpscare. They are also completely silent.
Once this mob is killed, it has a chance of dropping it’s eye, which can be crafted with gold and other loot found down in the deep dark to create a special amulet that can give a glowing status effects to all mobs within a certain vicinity around the player. In order to balance this mob, it will only spawn if there are no wardens around the player and will run away if a warden spawns nearby, that way the player isn’t overwhelmed and rather creates an even more scary and exciting challenge in the deep dark.
